The Whole Works has been created to offer a variety of coaching techniques to stimulate maximum output and benefit to the client, and is the distillation of Amy’s experience over the past 8 years. During the programme we will look at you as a whole to ensure nothing is being neglected as you work out where you want to be heading.

We are the sum total of our story to date, and this is where the programme starts in the first 2 hour face to face session: with YOUR STORY. Amy will give you a good listening to! How often are we actually listened to? You will be amazed at what you can discover from your own story.

The following telephone sessions enable you to take just one hour out of your day, in whatever space suits you. Coaching over the phone is very powerful – no distractions, just concentrated coaching: talking, reflecting, listening, discovering.

To provide you with as much stimulation and learning as possible, Amy has invited 3 valued associates, experts in their own field, to present 3 very different workshops, co-facilitated with Amy herself, where you will meet with others following The Whole Works programme.

Workshop coaching adds a new dynamic to your coaching experience and stimulates new thinking. You share as much as you want to and confidentiality within the group is established at the beginning of each workshop.

Workshop 1 – half day – Positive Psychology with Gill Garratt of
Happy Talking. Gill is an experienced Psychologist working with businesses and private practice and an expert on the psychology of Happiness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Workshop 2 – half day – The Tour Guide to the Inside with Patrick Lucocq of
Calm Horizon. Patrick is a clinicial hypnotherapist who has created a visualisation technique to help us explore the power of visualisation and how it can contribute to our creativity and wellbeing.

Workshop 3 – full day – Whatever Next…? With Jeremy Clare. Jeremy has been holding Whatever Next…? Days for 12 years, informal away days helping people to identify their next steps. Amy is also a Senior Facilitator for Whatever Next…?

The final 2 hour face to face session is a chance to summarise what you have learnt and where you are heading. By this time you will have gained new confidence about yourself and your direction and learnt new tools for achieving your aims with energy and enthusiasm.

Follow-up coaching sessions can be arranged to check in with your coach and keep you focussed. Everyone is different, so whatever works for you.
